Chitosan Purity Tests
- The chitosan solution must be transparent and not too viscous.
- Chitosan can not produce gas. If found excessive gas from its packaging, there are contamination or unwanted compounds.
- Mix chitosan with dish washing liquid, pure chitosan will forming like white egg. If not pure, it will not forming.
