คุณประโยชน์ของวิตามินบี 5
Vitamin B5 หรือ D-Calcium Pantothenate เป็นวิตามินที่มีสารสำคัญชื่อ Pantothenic acid ซึ่งเป็นส่วนประกอบหลักของ coenzyme A (CoA) ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการผลิตพลังงานในร่างกาย นอกจากนี้ Pantothenic acid ยังมีบทบาทในการสร้างฮอร์โมนและไขมันในร่างกาย ซึ่งการได้รับพลังงานจาก Pantothenic acid นอกจากจะช่วยเสริมสร้างพลังงานให้กับร่างกายแล้ว ยังมีบทบาทในการช่วยลดความเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือด โรคเบาหวาน และโรคกระดูกพรุน ซึ่งทั้งสามโรคนี้มักเกิดขึ้นเนื่องจากความเครียดทางร่างกายและความเครียดทางจิตใจ
