Fingerroot is a kind of ginger, Zingiberaceae family. It has a tapering shape brown or orange, brown color but inside it’s yellow and have a pleasant smell, give a hot, spicy and a bitter taste. It is considered both a medicinal and a culinary herb, with various valuable properties.
