คำอธิบาย
Vitamin B3 หรือ Niacinamide เป็นวิตามินที่มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการเผาผลาญอาหาร โดยช่วยในกระบวนการสร้างพลังงาน ส่วนประกอบที่สำคัญของ Niacinamide คือ NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) และ NADP (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate) ซึ่งมีบทบาทในการสังเคราะห์ไขมัน โปรตีน และคาร์โบไฮเดรต นอกจากนี้ Niacinamide ยังช่วยลดระดับไขมันในเลือด ลดอาการอักเสบของเนื้อเยื่อ และช่วยเสริมสร้างฟอสฟอรัสในร่างกาย ทำให้ผิวหน้าเปล่งปลั่งและมีสุขภาพดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีผลกระตุ้นให้เซลล์ผิวหน้าสร้างคอลลาเจน ช่วยในการยับยั้งเกิดริ้วรอยและเส้นผมร่วงอีกด้วย
