Asianbioplex Kaffir Lime Pure Essential Oil is produced from the leaves of the Citrus hystrix species using steam distillation. The main bioactive compound found in kaffir lime leaf essential oil is l-citronellal, which can make up as much as 65–80% of the oil. It also contains approximately 10% beta-citronellol, giving it a fresh aroma similar to that of real kaffir lime leaves.
